The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, accused the Turkish authorities of supporting terrorists committing crimes in Russia and called on the Russian Foreign Ministry to take diplomatic measures against this country, Armenpress reports with reference to RIA Novosti. 

He also appealed to Turkish President Recep Erdogan with a demand to introduce certainty. “Either you get the status of a state that supports terrorists, or you stand for clear and honest relations with the Russian Federation, without changing your beliefs behind its back.” He also called on the Russian Foreign Ministry to take precautionary diplomatic measures against the Turkish authorities.
