Ladies and gentlemen, dear compatriots!
Based on the following national and international circumstances
a) the stability of our state system in the face of provocations against our homeland,
b) the occupation of our homeland by Turkey and the impact of the undeclared war on the territory of Artsakh today on the existence of our nation,
c) the continuation of the genocide of the Armenian people in Western Armenia and the denial of their right to live,
d) the dispersion of our compatriots around the world,
I want you to be sure that our positions are clear and solid.
With the unity of the Armenian people, all these crimes will find and receive an adequate response.
Dear compatriots!
As is customary every year, let me wish the Armenian people and all our citizens success, willpower in the name of our rights and patriotism, a fair solution to problems based on the fact that we are the indigenous people of our homeland, as well as facts:
January
On January 11, 2021, we celebrated the 103rd anniversary of the adoption of the Russian Declaration, which recognized the right of the Armenians of Western Armenia to self-determination until they achieve independence.
On January 19, 2021, we celebrated the 101st anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Western Armenia.
February
February 1, 2021, the 102nd anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Legion, dedicated to the memory of the Armenian volunteers who fell on the battlefield.
2021. On February 4, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the formation of the Government of the Republic of Western Armenia.
2021. On February 22, we celebrated the 102nd anniversary of the end of the First World War and the Versailles Peace Conference.
On February 25, 2021, the birthday of General Andranik Ozanyan, the President of the Republic of Western Armenia signed and promulgated a law that will be submitted to the Constitutional Council. The law on the recognition of the autonomy of Artsakh.
March
On March 21, 2021, we celebrated the Armenian New Year in Western Armenia.
April
On April 24, 2021, we commemorated the genocide committed by three successive Turkish governments against the indigenous Armenian people in the occupied territories of Western Armenia from 1894 to 1923.
2021 On April 24, US President Joe Biden recognized the Armenian Genocide.
May
2021. On May 11, after the legal recognition of the Armenian state on the territory of Western Armenia, on May 11, 1920, the International Peace Pact was signed in Sevres on August 10, 1920, as a result of which President Woodrow Wilson made Decisions on November 22, 1920, the responsibility of the regulatory arbitrator.
On May 24, 2021, we celebrated the 6th anniversary of the formation of the National Assembly (Parliament) of Western Armenia.
June
On June 12, 2021, we organized the second session of the fifth convocation of the National Assembly (Parliament) of the Republic of Western Armenia.
On June 24, 2021, we celebrated the 5th anniversary of the ratification of the Sevres Peace Treaty by the Republic of Western Armenia.
July
2021. On July 12, we participated in the United Nations (UN) Conference on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
August
2021. On August 4, we celebrated the 101st anniversary of the declaration of independence of Cilicia and the anniversary of the re-establishment of the National Council of the Armenians of Cilicia.
2021. On August 10, we celebrated the 101st anniversary of the signing of the Sevres Peace Treaty.
September
2021. On September 7, we organized the third summer university of the National Council of Western Armenia.
November
2021. On November 2, we honored the memory of Mr. Arten Shellefyan.
2021. On November 15, we celebrated the 102nd anniversary of the liberation of Cilicia by the Eastern Legion.
2021. On November 22, we celebrated the 79th anniversary of the immortality of Leonid Azgaldyan, our commander-in-chief, and the 101st anniversary of the arbitration decision of US President Woodrow Wilson.
2021. On November 30, we approved the decision of the Presidential Council of the National Assembly (Parliament) of the Republic of Western Armenia and organized the second session of the sixth convocation in 2021.
December
2021 On December 17, our message on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the National Council of Western Armenia, in which we recalled that in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Western Armenia, the National Council of Western Armenia is the Department of Politics and security of state bodies.
2021. On December 18, we organized the second session of the sixth convocation of the National Assembly (Parliament) of the Western Republic of Armenia.
Let 2022 be the year of realization of the rights of just Western Armenia.
Together in 2022, in parallel with our daily activities, we will hold important meetings, as well as organize the general provisions of the state of Western Armenia.
Allow me to congratulate our compatriots living at home and abroad on the New Year.
I wish the Defense Forces of Western Armenia, the Armenians of the Middle East and other indigenous peoples and minorities (Greeks, Assyrians, Yezidis, Alawites and Kurds) steadfast resistance until peace is achieved, and we will soon be reunited with our homeland. We are doing everything possible to make 2022 a year of decisive and positive changes through the organs of our state system.
I wish the members of the National Council of Western Armenia, members of the Government of the Republic of Western Armenia, newly elected deputies of the National Assembly and Armenian structures abroad a fruitful year, may these positive changes become the basis for deep and harmonious activities.
As always, together we will be strong and purposeful on the difficult path of solving the most important national problem.
Once again, I congratulate everyone on the New Year and Christmas. I wish you new successes next year, fulfillment of goals and dreams.
Our nation is in a struggle, but the struggle of this day is the struggle of our generation, I want to say that it is a struggle determined by our Faith, Love and Consciousness,
