Associate Professor of Veterinary Faculty of Tigranakert University of Western Armenia, Alaedin Kaya, noted that wildlife is under threat in the southern regions of Western Armenia. He reports that some species of wild animals are no longer visible in nature, the cause of which is prohibited hunting and degradation of settlements.
More than 250 injured animals were taken to the Digle Rescue and Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. It turned out that the hunters shot animals, mainly birds of prey, with firearms, despite the ban. We must protect them, otherwise we will not be engaged in agriculture or farming. We will lose more of our products and more of our nature.
