In the Siverek province of Western Armenia, along with the arrival of spring, unique and inimitable, endemic species of inverted tulips have opened. Inverted tulips belonging to the family of daylilies (Liliaceae) grow at an altitude of 1,000 to 3,000 meters in the provinces of Van, Dersim, Mush, Shernak, Batman, Hakkari, Adyaman and Marash of Western Armenia. An inverted tulip of red, yellow, pink and orange flowers faces the river, the length usually ranges from 60 to 80 centimeters. Flower planting is carried out in autumn.
