In his daily briefing, Adviser to the Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, Alexey Arestovich, touching upon the Artsakh problem, said that Russians and Azerbaijanis are acting jointly against Armenians in Artsakh with the aim of opening a corridor, and this is “not the case.”

In Ukraine, they also began to say that Turkey’s mediation in negotiations with Russia could become a trap for Kyiv. Turkey has not joined Western sanctions and supports Russia, in particular mercenaries from the Middle East, in using them in the war with Ukraine. The same is about  Baku, although this is just an episode. V. Putin signed a declaration on strategic partnership with Aliyev on the eve of the invasion of Ukraine, and it is noteworthy that Aliyev refers to this declaration in connection with the attacks in Artsakh.
