On May 23, the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh Artur Tovmasyan met in Yerevan with the Head of the Operational Staff of the Government of the Republic of Artsakh Mikael Virabyan and various groups of displaced areas located in the headquarters. A. Tovmasyan expressed concern about the unique traditions and the future fate of various layers of culture under the control of the enemy. In the recent past, such a problem arose in terms of preserving the cultural values of Shahumyan-Gulistan, and now we are facing the problem of preserving the tangible and intangible heritage of Hadrut-Dizak. Mikael Virabyan noted that they strive in every possible way to keep the national, cultural and educational upbringing of the younger generation among the displaced people from Artsakh living in Armenia in the center of attention and provide comprehensive assistance to this process.
