On the establishment of the Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Western Armenia in Montevideo and the appointment of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Western Armenia in Montevideo.

President of the Republic,

•  Considering the increase in the number of applications for citizenship of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay from Montevideo to the Republic of Western Armenia;
• Taking into account Decree No. 16 of March 12, 2014;
• Considering Article 77 of the Constitution; Decrees.

Article 1. To establish an Honorary Consulate of Western  Armenia in the city of Montevideo of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.

Article 2. Appointment of the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Western Armenia in Montevideo in the person of Mr. Misak Pablo DAILANIAN.

Article 3. This appointment has an extended two-year term.

Article 4. The decision will be published on the official page of the Republic of Western Armenia.
