President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan, accompanied by high-ranking state and military officials, visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex on June 29 in connection with the Memorial Day of Those who Died for the Motherland and the Missing Soldiers-Liberators, paid tribute, and took part in a commemorative event. Then the Head of state visited the military pantheon and laid flowers at the graves of servicemen who died defending the Motherland.
