The 14th stage of archaeological excavations has begun in the Kharberd fortress, built in the 8th century by the Urartian kingdom in the Kharberd province of Western Armenia. Excavations and restoration work continue in various stages. The castle, built in the historical district of Kharberd, the cradle of many civilizations, is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Test List. As part of the work carried out, archaeological excavations with an area of 7 thousand square meters were completed, as a result of which 130 thousand objects were discovered.
