In remote villages of Akhalkalak municipality, within the framework of the program “Social and economic development through awareness raising of Akhalkalak people”, the organization “Open Borders” is holding meetings with the population to fully use the services available in Akhalkalak, identify problems and advocate for their solution.  The meetings took place in the villages of Khavet and Erinja.

Within the framework of the project, a general study of the situation in the villages was carried out, after which specific target villages with the most problems were selected. In the case of specific problems, advocacy efforts are being made to solve them.

Meetings were also held in other villages of Javakhk, where questions and conversations were mainly related to social support, health, land registry, Justice House services, agriculture and other areas.
