In the Akhalkalak branch of Samtskhe-Javakhk State University, classes are held in the student dormitory. The reason for this is the lack of heating in the university building, and because of the cold, the students moved to the dormitory because it is heated.

According to Roin Tateshvili, the head of the university administration, the repair work on the heating system will be completed very soon and the students will return to the classrooms.

“The heating problem is almost solved, in about a week students will be able to return to the university building, step by step. I should also mention that the students who had, for example, computer courses, take them to the educational building as usual, and small group classes are held in the free rooms of the dormitory. They are comfortable for the classroom,” explains Roin Tateshvili.

In the conversation with Jnews, the students also mentioned that all the facilities were created in the hostel to organize the classes without interruption.
