
The International University for the Study of Genocide and Human Rights affiliated with the Zoryan Institute announces the beginning of the acceptance of applications for the 2023 admission of the “University Program on Genocide and Human Rights Studies”.
The University Program on Genocide and Human Rights is one of the first of its kind to study and analyze genocide cases with a comparative and interdisciplinary approach. During the two-week course, students read specially selected literature on human rights, genocide theory, the genocide against Armenians and other genocides around the world, using the Armenian genocide as an example.
More than 450 students from 47 countries around the world have participated in the courses organized by the institute. Over time, graduates of the program have created an extensive and diverse network of genocide scholars, students, researchers, lawyers, and educators who have now become leading experts in the field and continue to develop it.Students interested in the program can apply until April 30, 2023 via the following link: https://www.genocidestudies.org/apply
