The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh reported that on March 19, Azerbaijani combat positions opened fire in the direction of a resident of the village of Herher, who was doing agricultural work with a tractor.

“On March 19 at 14:15, according to the report of the Karmir Shuga branch of the Martuni police department, at 13:50, 34-year-old S. Hambardzumyan, a resident of the village of Herher, was carrying out agricultural work with a “Belarusian” tractor in the administrative district of the village of Taghavard, when irregular fire was opened from the nearby Azerbaijani military positions in the direction of the tractor. The agricultural work was interrupted. No casualties were reported.
