On the appointment of two new members of the Constitutional Court of the Western Republic of Armenia

In accordance with Articles 129-135 of the Constitution

Until now the Constitutional Court has had two members: Mr. Gaspar Terteryan, who passed away in August 2021, and its President Nikos Ligeros.

It is decided.

Article 1. The number of judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Western Armenia shall be 5.

Article 2. The maximum age of the judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Western Armenia shall be 90 years.

Article 3. Mesrop Nahapetyan and Vahe Packard shall be appointed judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Western Armenia.

Article 6. The decree shall be published in the official newspaper of the Republic of Western Armenia.
