
Dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the memory of Hovhannes Tumanian with the support of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the RA, March 23 in Tbilisi. At the Museum of Georgian Literature named after Leonidze, the exhibition entitled “Tumanian and Tiflis” will be opened, which will be open until April 13.
The show presents Tumanian’s perceptions of life in Tbilisi, from human relationships to literary explosions.
On March 24, a memorial concert will be held in the hall of the Sarajishvili State Conservatory. The singing group “Geghard” will perform with Tumanian interventions and music of Komitas in the background.
The organizers of the event are the Embassy of Armenia in Georgia, the Armenian Apostolic Church of the Armenian Diocese, the Tumanian Museum (Yerevan), the Scientific and Cultural Center “Tumanian’s House”, the Cultural Center “Hayartun”, the Komitas Museum-Institute (Yerevan).
