On March 26, Andranik Abrahamian competed in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes weightlifting championship held in Vaulx-en-Velin, France. As a member of the Stade Clermontois team in the 67 kg adult weight category, he won first place in the snatch with 110 kg and in the push-up exercise with 130 kg. The total weight of 240 kg will allow him to participate in the French professional championship, which will take place on May 27 in Vaulx-en-Velin.
