During the meeting, the facts of illegal presence of Azerbaijani armed military and their criminal acts in Artsakh and Armenia’s border settlements were discussed. Arman Tatoyan stressed that the Azerbaijani armed officers seriously violate the rights of the border residents, people are deprived of their legal rights on houses, pastures, meadows and arable lands. Their presence in the vicinity of the settlements is in itself a violation of the civilian population’s right to life and a disruption of security.”
