The exhibition hall “Gallery Birzamanlar” in Constantinople is preparing for an exhibition, where the panorama of the cities of Antioch and Alexandrette and Mount Musa 100 years ago will be presented. Osman Koker, director of the exhibition hall, said this at a press conference, noting that the February 6 earthquake, in addition to killing many people, also destroyed the historical and cultural values of the cities.
“During the exhibition, which will begin on April 18 and continue until June 10, we will try to explore ways to preserve the cultural heritage and also to support the society affected by the disaster. In this regard, we have decided to donate the proceeds from the sale of the book “Armenians of Antioch, Alexandrette and Mount Musa” to the reconstruction of the Armenian village of Vakif in Western Armenia,” said Osman Koker
