“France regrets the establishment of a checkpoint by the Baku authorities at the entrance to the new route of the Berdzor road, which contradicts the commitments under the ceasefire agreements and harms the negotiation process.
“France calls on the authorities in Baku to fulfill its international obligations, in particular to apply the provisional measures mentioned by the international court in its decision of February 22, which are binding.
It calls for the restoration of the free movement of people and goods in both directions along the Berdzor road and to ensure the continued supply of gas and electricity to the population,” the statement said.
