The Republic of Armenia has filed a lawsuit against Azerbaijan at the International Court of Justice in connection with the installation of an Azerbaijani checkpoint on the road to Berdzor. This was reported to TASS by the press secretary of the RA Mission to the ECHR Hasmik Samvelyan.
“The Armenian side appealed to the International Court of Justice in connection with the installation of a checkpoint near the Khakari River by Azerbaijan, which is a violation of the court’s decision of February 23, 2023,” she said.
