By signing a joint declaration with Artsakh, the Haut de France region confirms its support to this resilient people. Xavier Bertrand, the president of the Haut-de-France region in France, wrote about it in his Twitter microblog.
“No one can turn a blind eye to the ethnic cleansing and suffocation of Artsakh carried out by Azerbaijan,” the French official said.
Earlier, the Artsakh foreign minister and the president of the Hautde France region signed a joint statement addressed to the international community.
