On May 18 and 20, a number of events are planned in Artsakh within the framework of “International Day of Museums” and “Night of Museums”.
As informed by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Artsakh, within the framework of the International Day of Museums, on May 18 at 12:00, an exhibition entitled “The Mystery of Artsakh Carpets” is planned in the Artsakh State Historical and Geological Museum. On the same day, at 19:00, an exhibition of the new collection of the Shushi State Museum of Fine Arts will take place in Stepanakert. On May 20, at 15:00, a carpet making class will be held.
A lecture on “The Problem of Preservation of Museum Values During Disasters” by the Geological Museum of Kashatagh Region, a concert performed by the Artsakh State Choir, a lecture on “Historical-Architectural Monuments of Askeran”, a lecture on “Armenian cross stones as witnesses of our identity” and exhibitions with different themes are also planned. .
