Following the installation of the checkpoint on the Armenia-Artsakh road, Armenia is appealing to the International Court of Justice for the second time, reports.

Yerevan expects The Hague Court to impose an interim measure on Baku, demanding unimpeded movement through the Berdzor corridor, before a final decision on Armenia’s claim is rendered.

The office of Armenia’s international legal representative also raised the issue of Baku’s irresponsibility before the European Court of Human Rights.

Baku is not only failing to comply with the interim decisions of the UN court, but is also ignoring the decisions of the ECtHR.

The Armenian side submitted this fact to the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, the body that monitors the implementation of decisions.

The government of Western Armenia on the basis of the applications addressed to it – the complaints of the refugees from Shushi, with the efforts of President Armenak Abrahamyan, has already begun a legal process against the authorities of Baku, and the first applications were registered by the European Court of Human Rights.
