The UK Secretary of State for Europe Leo Docherty visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial and paid tribute to the victims of the Genocide agianst armenians .
He laid a wreath at the memorial and laid flowers at the eternal flame perpetuating the memory of the victims of the Genocide perpetrated against the Armenians.
