
Erin Makki, Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia at U.S. Agency for International Development (AMP, USAID) called the situation in Artsakh disturbing.
As reports “Armenpress”, this was stated by Makki during the hearings of U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs.
“The situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh region continues to be of serious concern. As a result of the blockage of the Berdzor Corridor, citizens of Artsakh are denied, or have limited access, to vital services, medical care, and basic goods.” – introduced the USAID Assistant Administrator
