Minister of Interior of Artsakh Karen Sargsyan, Director of the National Security Service Ararat Melkumyan and Chief of Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia came to Eastern Armenia from Artsakh. Last night, the Azerbaijanis did not allow the director of the National Security Service to cross the Hakar Bridge, they took him to Stepanakert (he was arrested and then released -), and after negotiations, they allowed him to come to Eastern Armenia.

After some time, information spread that the Azerbaijani side had “discovered” the four former presidents of Artsakh: Arkady Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan and Samvel Shahramanyan. Instead, he released four other people he had been holding hostage since this morning. We are talking about the Director of the National Security Service, Ararat Melkumyan (Cholka), the Chief of Staff of the President of Artsakh, Karen Shahramanyan, the brother of Araik Harutyunyan, Artur Harutyunyan, and the Minister of the Interior of Artsakh, Karen Sargsyan.

According to the source, the four presidents were in hiding. We learned recently that the four hostages who had already crossed the Hakari Bridge have been released and that the former presidents have probably already been arrested or are being arrested.
