Baku abandoned the five-party meeting planned for October 5 in Granada.

As APA reports, the reasons for Baku’s refusal to participate in the meeting were presented.

Baku invited Turkey to take part in the meeting and insisted on it.

However, this opportunity, according to the publication, was not created, and France and Germany opposed it.

The publication writes that in the five-party format proposed by Baku – Armenia-Azerbaijan-France-Germany-European Union, an allegedly “anti-Azerbaijani atmosphere” has formed.

France’s allegedly “unconstructive behavior” is also cited as a reason for refusing the meeting.

Baku does not see the need to discuss regional problems with countries far from the region.”

Let us note that on October 5, the summit of the European Political Community will take place in Granada, within the framework of which a five-party meeting was planned.
