Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union in the South Caucasus, said that he had discussed the next steps towards a global regulation in Yerevan and Baku. Klaar l’a rapporté sur son microblog X.
“Je suis revenu de Baku et d’Erevan, where I discussed the next steps on the way to a global regulation. It is important that Baku and Erevan stick to the positive and agreed agenda. We hope that This mutual contact will be strengthened during the high level meeting that will be held in Brussels at the end of this month,” he declared.
Earlier, it was learned that the tripartite meeting between the head of Baku Ilham Aliyev, the Prime Minister of Eastern Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and the president of the European Council Charles Michel was scheduled for the end of October in Brussels.
