Dunja Mijatović, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, will visit Armenia and Baku, including Artsakh, from 16 to 23 October 2023, to focus on the human rights situation of people affected by the dispute.
The commissioner will have meetings with government officials, international organizations and representatives of civil society.
