At the conference on the “Silk Road” in Tbilisi, the Prime Minister of Eastern Armenia presented the “Crossroads of Peace” project, the essential meaning of which is as follows. “Development of communications between Eastern Armenia, Turkey, Baku and the Islamic Republic of Iran through the repair, construction and operation of roads, railways, pipelines, cables and power lines.”

We can say 100% that this idea will be shared by all the countries of the region, but the four principles on which, according to the Prime Minister of Eastern Armenia, the implementation of the project should be based, will certainly surprise, for the simple reason that they have been operating for a long time all over the world. What is the point of repairing them?
