Artak Beglaryan, former Minister of Human Rights of Artsakh and former Minister of State, takes part in the discussion of the Universal Periodic Report from Baku to Geneva, at the UN Human Rights Council, which presents the work done and not done by Baku in the field of human rights protection over the past four years.
