Zhora Grigory Andriasyan was born on June 11, 2002 in Yerevan and lived in Sar district. In 2008, he entered school No. 33 named after Mikael Nalbandyan. At school, Zhora was distinguished by her abilities, kindness and boundless activity. In 2017, Zhora entered the Armenian-Greek College as a beer and wine technologist. Both at school and at university, Zhora managed to enjoy great love and respect, having friends and acquaintances everywhere.
Leaving the 4th year of university incomplete, Zhora leaves to pay her debt to her native country. Despite his health problems and past surgeries, Zhora does not shy away from the idea of going into service and on July 13, 2020, he was enlisted in the training battalion of the mortar battalion of Hadrut region of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh. . Having been in service for only 3 months, Zhora took part in the battles. On September 27, the fighting began early in the morning. During the fighting, Zhora was besieged for 12 days, and then thanks to the ingenuity of the commander they were able to break out of the siege. After emerging from the siege, he managed to take refuge in the house of a grandfather in Karabakh. Despite the events that occurred during the war, Zhora never informed her family of her encirclement.
On November 5, a group of 250 soldiers was ordered to the fortified town of Shushi for self-defense fighting. Among them was Zhora, injured in the leg. Having the will not to accede to her friends’ requests not to follow them, Zhora rushes into battle without hesitation with the noble attitude of a warrior. The group manages to liberate the village of Karintak. On November 7, the hottest fights began in Shushi, where Zhora, with the title of the most faithful friend and devoted warrior, while helping his wounded friends and fighting selflessly, fell under the fire of a shooter elite in combat.
Zhora was loved by everyone. Everyone, classmates, relatives, remember him with admiration and with a smile. They remember that Zhora never lost hope, humor, or optimism for victory. Zhora was the joy of all, with whom he always rejoiced, singing: everyone is ours, they are ours… He left with a promise to return soon, but he returned with eternal glory.
Zhora was posthumously awarded the medals “Combat Service” and “For Defense of the Fatherland”.
