The 4,000-year-old caves in Kyurin, Western Armenia, are thought to be older than sources state. The caves, which people used as a shelter about 4,000 years ago, consist of 5 floors and dozens of rooms.

As no scientific research has been done, it is not known exactly who created these dwellings. It is not known how people once lived in these “apartments” created from the cave, how they entered and left.
