As reported by Armenpress, ‘‘Republic of Armenia’’ daily newspaper writes on January 16,

“Acquisition of Russian S-400 air defense systems is becoming a main trouble for Turkey. Supplies of Russia’s latest air defense systems to Turkey began in mid-July 2019, causing a crisis of the country’s relations with the United States.

However, Turkey, loyal to its working style, initially had goals in the S-400 deal. “The head of the country’s defense industry secretariat, Ismail Demir recently announced that Turkey is ready to buy the second batch of S-400 counter-air defense systems from Russia, if the instructions of their production are transferred to them.”
