The educational process has been restored in Garegin Nzhdeh secondary school of Aghavno, Kashatagh, Artsakh.
As reported by “Armenpress”, the director of the school Poghos Aghabekyan informed about this and mentioned,
“The doors and windows of the school were damaged by shelling during the war. We replaced them with new ones. We, as all the schools in Artsakh, have started the lessons with 7 students in a normal way since January 11. We currently have about 20 students and 8 teachers. Our school had a staff of 50 students and 17 teachers before the war.
The number of students is gradually increasing with the return of families. We also urged other teachers to return and to take up their responsibilities. Now the school is provided with necessary equipment. We have an agreement of providing electric heaters. The village is now provided with regular electricity, internet and telephone communication.”
