The French Embassy in Armenia resumes a series of cultural events after a long break as a result of the epidemic.

The Embassy’s Cultural Cooperation Adviser Giyom Narjhole stated this at a press conference.

He reminded that Armenia was in a conflict and that the French Embassy in Armenia is by Armenia’s side. Narjole mentioned, “Armenia is a country of artists and culture and it’s very important to re-establish those relations.”

The consultant informed that a screening of French-Armenian director Serj Avetikyan’s films is to be organized in the near future.

Film festivals, a modern circus program and a photo exhibition project will be held. According to Giyom Narjole, the latter can become a meeting place for Armenian-French photographers.

“One of the goals of the French Embassy is to permanently involve Armenian creators in the planned programs,” Narjole concluded.
