The United States expects that consultations with Iran on the nuclear deal will continue, and believes that diplomacy is the right way forward in this case.
As TASS reports, White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki stated at a briefing on Tuesday, commenting on the meeting in Vienna, which was dedicated to the negotiations on a joint action plan.
“Negotiations are underway in Vienna. They are held through our European partners. We expect difficult stages and that the negotiation process will be long. “And we continue to believe that the diplomatic way is the right way to progress,” Psaki said.
It should be reminded that after the talks in Vienna, as in the previous days, Iranian officials announced that Iran would return to fulfilling its obligations under the nuclear deal if the United States took the first step in lifting the sanctions against Tehran.
