According to the authors, the Azeri atrocities, the war crimes that killed 41 civilians, the hostilities that led to the expulsion of 110,000 civilians, the loss of tens of thousands of people from their homes, are fully accommodated by the Charter of the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg in 1945.
