The situation in Artsakh-Nagorno-Karabakh was also included in the meeting of US President Joe Biden and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, which was planned within the framework of the NATO summit.

“The two leaders will have a broad agenda on regional issues such as the Eastern Mediterranean, Syria, Iran and Artsakh-Nagorno-Karabakh,” Jake Sullivan, the US president’s national security adviser, said at a briefing yesterday.

He noted that Biden knows Erdogan well and the two leaders hope to use this opportunity to address all aspects of relations.

The North Atlantic Alliance summit will take place on 14 June in Brussels.
