Azerbaijan Has  Dismantled the Monument of Charles Aznavour

The Artsakh State Council for the Protection of Cultural Heritage warns about another vandalism.

The Azerbaijani  Administrative staff  has dismantled the Charles Aznavour monument, which was erected in 2022, on the occasion of the famous singer's 100th birthday, located next to the Paul Eluard Francophonie  Center in Stepanakert.

Earlier, the monuments of writer Hakob Hakobyan, national philanthropist Alek Manukyan, Russian dictator Alexander Myasnikyan, Soviet soldiers Admiral Isakov, Anatoly Zinevich, Kristafor Ivanyan and others were dismantled.The monument of Ashot Ghulyan  an Artcakh hero was also dismantled in the same park  in Stepanakert. “We also learned  from the materials published on the Internet that the graves of those who died in the Artsakh War of Independence are  being vandalized,"  says the post.
