Conference in Munster entitled “Protection and Availability to Cultural Values ​​During  War”

On April 4-6, the conference was held at the University of Munster (Germany) entitled "Protection and Availability to Cultural Values ​​During War". 

The conference included philosophical and moral issues related to wartime heritage. A special topic of discussion was the protection of cultural heritage during the Armenian-azerbaijani and Russian-Ukrainian conflicts. A separate part  was dedicated to the Armenian-azerbaijani conflict, where Hamlet Petrosyan presented his reports: "Issues of protection of cultural heritage during the war. The experience of the monumentwatch.org academic platform", "The digitization of cultural heritage and the phenomenon of Jugha khachkars" and Anush Safaryan, "The border, the sign and the monument in the Armenian-azerbaijani conflict".
