French-Armenian tenor Ruben Elbakyan was awarded with a new gold medal

The famous French-Armenian tenor Ruben Elbakyan was awarded with a new gold medal for his charitable activities. He was awarded with  prestigious French institution "La Ligue Universelle Du Bien Public", which was founded in 1946.

It honors to unique people and personalities performing public activities on a global scale Among them stand such great names as Churchill, Franklin Roosevelt, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Louis Armstrong, Abe Pierre, Professor Christian Cabrol and others.The first was awarded to him by the "Grand Prix Humanitaire de France" in 2021 in the Senate of France.In 2011, he was recognized as a Knight of the Military Order of Napoleonic Memory by the Napoleonic World Community in Monaco and was ranked among the 57 famous Armenians in the world by the prestigious "Journal Luxury" magazine, alongside Charles Aznavour, Henri Vernoy, Michel Legrand.The international press called Ruben Elbakyan "golden voice" and "blessed voice".

In his thank-you speech, the artist drew everyone's attention to the current reality of Armenia, expressing his desire to perform a charity concert in Yerevan, trying to support those forcibly displaced from Artsakh.
