The ancient villages of Tagher and Togh in Artsakh are known for their rich historical and cultural heritage, churches, monuments, and national values. However, following the Azerbaijani occupation, these cultural monuments have been subjected to destruction and desecration. Museums and relics dedicated to national heroes, including the remains of a marshal, have also fallen victim to vandalism.

All of this once again proves that Armenian cultural heritage in the occupied territories is under serious threat. The liberation of Tagher, Togh, and other settlements is not only a political or territorial issue, but also a necessity for preserving historical justice, cultural heritage, and national memory.
