Arman Khachatryan, a researcher at the Museum of the Genocide Against Armenians, emphasized that what occurred in Artsakh constitutes genocide and that scientists cannot remain silent about it according to the dictates of their scholarship and conscience.
He noted that ignoring or denying such crimes not only obstructs the preservation of historical truth but also poses a threat to human rights. Khachatryan called on the international community and academic circles to present the facts with evidence and to speak about the crimes against humanity committed against the Armenians of Artsakh.
