The “Hay Jampa” military-patriotic organization has been established under the patronage of Armenag Aprahamian, President of the Republic of Western Armenia and President of the Security Council, and the Government of Western Armenia. The organization is headed by Vazgen Sislyan, while its founders include Ashot Harutyunyan, Nelli Harutyunyan, and other representatives.

The organization plans to hold its inaugural five-day camp, which will bring together approximately 70–75 young participants. The program includes hiking, first aid and safety training, sports and patriotic activities, strategic training, as well as cultural and educational meetings.

The aim of the camp is to strengthen the spirit of patriotism, discipline, mutual assistance, and teamwork among young people.
