As reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Eastern Armenia, Minister Budrys, accompanied by Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan, visited the genocide committed against Armenians Memorial Complex (Tsitsernakaberd). During the visit, he laid a wreath at the memorial and paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the genocide committed against Armenians.
