Dear compatriots, dear Artsakh’s Armenians,
Today I had a meeting with the president of the National Council of Western Armenia, Armenag Aprahamian. We discussed the problems faced by our forcibly displaced compatriots.
We would like to inform you that Mr. Armenag Aprahamian has been engaged in the issues of compensation for the material losses of the people of Artsakh for four years, filing claims against Azerbaijan in the European Court and defending the interests of our compatriots. During this time, hundreds of applications from our compatriots have been registered, several dozen of which have already been accepted by the European Court, and it should be noted that none of them have been rejected.
All those displaced people of Artsakh who have property left in Artsakh – a house, a plot of land and relevant certificates – can apply to the office of Western Armenia. You will receive the citizenship of Western Armenia and give Mr. Armenak Abrahamyan the power of attorney to defend your rights in court.
