The Chairman of the National Council of Western Armenia, Armenak Abrahamyan, met with displaced Artsakh residents

On January 27, 2024,the National Council of Western Armenia President Mr. Armenak Abrahamyan met with forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh,in Yerevan office of the Republic of Western Armenia.Most  of them had already submitted their applications to the  to the Yerevan office of Western Armenia to be directed to European Parliament.

The meeting was attended by more than 60 Armenians from Artsakh who joined Mr. Armenak Abrahamyan as a an  authorized person approvf by them to represent their interests in the European Court of Human Rights.

During the meeting, Mr. Abrahamyan presented details on the cases which were submitted  to  the European Court, their  and stated those people who were forcibly displaced from Artsakh in 2023 can join this struggle against Baku authorities.

Ashot Harutyunyan, the head  of "Shushi Patriotic Union", spoke at the meeting, about the creation of the Patriotic Union, its problems and  3 proposals put forward.

With the support  of France, to open an 0111Pnamed after Misak Manushyan, where  children of Artsakh will study and create jobs for  Artsakh 880970709870people forcibly displaced from Artsakh.
