On 19 July, the delegation of the Republic of Western Armenia met with Edita Gzoyan, director of the Museum-Institute of the Genocide against Armenians (National Center of Armenian Memory).

The meeting gave opportunity  the delegation to better understand the problems related to the genocide committed against the Armenians and the ethnic cleansing of the native population of Artsakh.

Armenag Aprahamian, the President of the National Council of the Republic of Western Armenia, made a note in the memorial book of the honored guests.

At the memorial, the members of the delegation put flowers near the eternal flame and observed a minute of silence in memory of the innocent victims of the genocide.
