During his speech at a United Nations session, Gagik Tadevosyan, a representative of the Delegation of Western Armenia, drew attention to the growing danger of Armenophobia spread through artificial intelligence and online platforms.

He noted that although artificial intelligence has become one of the most advanced technologies of the modern world, some states are using it not for peace and cooperation, but to promote hate propaganda.

According to Gagik Tadevosyan, numerous online publications, particularly those originating from Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as content on YouTube, continue to spread calls for violence against Armenians, including messages urging people to “kill Armenians.” In his assessment, such hate speech is dangerous and serves as a reminder of the ongoing threat of genocides against the Armenian people, the latest manifestation of which was the forced displacement of the Armenian population of Artsakh.
